Bought an Audi A3 in early May for my son. The initial transaction was smooth and super easy, Sam just left me to look over the car with no pressure whatsoever. We bought and subsequently collected the vehicle.
We had the management light come on in early September, although the warranty period had expired I gave Sam a call as my son had only covered 800 miles since purchase. Immediately he told us to bring it back and they would sort out the problem. Not only did he sort the problem we also got a loan car for 3 days and when finished they delivered it back and collected the loan car.
Just can't fault the service we recieved. You can tell how good a company is by the way that problems are dealt with when they arise and given the fact that the car was actually out of warranty I feel the level of service they have delivered is exemplary.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Andy and Sam - two professionals who provide an honest, relaxed and friendly experience for anyone looking to buy a used car.

After securing a deposit on an Audi A4, I was provided with a thorough video showcasing the car's condition but, importantly, also highlighting any imperfections that I should know about. This gave me great re-assurance before setting off on the 500-mile round trip to collect the car that I was in good hands. When I arrived at the dealership in Wirral, I could not have envisioned a more lovely location to buy a car from.

Without pressure, and almost immediately, I was handed the keys to take the car for a test-drive for as long as I needed. Thankfully, the car on offer was a very remarkable vehicle for its age and, resultantly, the process involved in purchasing it was very quick and efficient.

I could not fault the entire experience from start to finish which by far exceeded my expectations. If I find myself looking to buy another Audi in the future, I will certainly consider making the trip back to Audisaab as they have been a real pleasure to deal with - a far cry from many of the larger national dealerships which often do not give the industry a good name.

I called them up and andy straight away ask me to bring the car they will have a look .they gave me the other one for run till my was in garage. In 2 days time they already messaged me my car is ready.they are absollutely helpfull and brilliant. I've owned a lot of car's in my time from shed's to prestige. But I've genuinely never come across a dealer like AudiSaab. Absolutely the best, I've bought several cars from them now all for my family. The level of stress free service is unbelievable. I bought my Superb Estate from Andy & Sam back at the tail end of February and like many others have been blown away by their easy, pressure free attitude towards car sales (not to mention the wonderful location).

I can honestly say this is the first time I have been to a "dealers" (and the quotes are deliberate as I think they deserve a far better word) for a test drive have been handed the keys & a trade plate and told to go discover the car for myself with no limitations put on me.

I've had one or two (silly) queries sorted over the phone with them and currently the car is back with them due to it throwing an EPC error. Again, as with many other experiences in these reviews, on calling them it was a case of "drop her off and we have a loan car waiting for you".

Looking forward to getting her back and hopefully not having to contact them again until I'm ready to swap cars next.

The absolutely most fabulous location and customer service you will find when buying a car is from Audisaab. I have in the past couple of years bought my daughters, myself and now that my son has passed his text last week I am off to look at a car for him today with Andrew & Sam.

The whole experience from start to finish is outstanding there is no ‘salesman’ feeling about it. They are two of the most genuine and loveliest humans I have ever crossed paths with and no forecourt when viewing their cars oh no just beautiful stunning surroundings.

Now I have set my 3 children up with immaculate vehicles for their first cars from from Audisaab I will be looking to upgrade my car with them next year.

Ok - enough of the songs. Sam and Clair are part of the wider team and are great. I bought an Audi Q3 last October. No harsh sales tactics. No pressure. It was all easy going. we chose the car we wanted and again no issue - £100 deposit, which was refundable if we changed our mind. They then sorted the valet of the car and the details needed to get it ready for us.

The car was great. We found a couple of issues post sales and Sam sorted, Clair repaired, which was great. We were given a courtesy car and treated very well. They’re a great team and you can depend on them.

Make sure you ask them about post sales support as they can offer services to keep the cars serviced and also offer help for MoTs through their vast network. Cheers guys.

Nothing is too much trouble for Andy and Sam , they go out of their way to help. After I bought my car my sister bought an VW Tiguan off them and is over the moon. Then my partner has recently bought an A5 and she’s absolutely loves it! I took my A4 in too have to alloys refurbed and they look like brand new and the price they done it was cheaper than anywhere else! They have really looked after me and my family with all the cars!
